Richard Ouellette
RICHARD OUELLETTE, FACHE CSSBB MT(ASCP)H: A Consultant with NMG since 2007, Mr. Ouellette has more than 25 years of progressive hands-on operations and consulting management experience. He has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of a consulting firm specializing in laboratory operations improvement, post-merger consolidation, system-wide service centralization, information systems integration, and decision support system implementation. He also served as the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Clini Tech Services, Inc., a multi-hospital joint venture commercial laboratory that he was instrumental in starting. His expertise includes laboratory integration and consolidation, operations improvement, CLIA/CMS sanction response management, information system integration and Lean/Six Sigma process improvement.
He holds a Bachelors degree (cum laude) from the University of Maine and a Masters degree in healthcare management from the University of Missouri Columbia. He is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives, a certified Lean/Six Sigma Master Black Belt and a certified medical technologist MT(ASCP)H.
