Patty Sipes
PATTY SIPES: A consultant for NMG, Ms. Sipes is an industry expert on managed care contracting and sales infrastructure. Her specialty niche is development of the managed care and sales functions within specialty laboratories throughout the United States. Her range of experience within the healthcare industry is broad and spans twenty years. It includes capital equipment sales in addition to executive positions in both sales management and managed care contracting.
Ms. Sipes was a member of the original management team of Myriad Genetics and was responsible for a 650% growth in sales over a two-year time period. As Associate Vice-President of Managed Care for the Esoteric Business Unit of LabCorp, she negotiated all managed care contracts for USLABS, Esoterix, and Dianon Systems. While at Ikonisys, she led the sales and marketing function of two business units (Capital equipment and Laboratory).
Ms. Sipes received her BS degree from LeMoyne College in Syracuse, NY and currently resides in Maryland.
